Mondays, 9:30 to 17:30. It runs as a specialist clinic with one fixed day a week, so that day’s diary fills up early: book with some margin.
03 Can a long treatment be done coming only on Mondays?
Yes, and that is the norm here. Digital planning helps: with the case resolved on screen before starting, the number of sessions drops and each visit achieves more. The timescale is set out at the first appointment.
04 What if I need something urgently on another day?
The group has a second clinic in Madrid, on Calle Fortuny in Chamberí, open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For an emergency that cannot wait until Monday, that is the route.
05 Is there a charge for the first visit?
No. The diagnostic assessment is free and covers the examination, a scan and a 3D X-ray if the case needs one, with a written quote before you leave.
06 Can I bring a quote from another practice in the area to compare?
Yes. With the quote and the X-rays we check whether the diagnosis behind it is right. When the plan you bring is well put together, we say that too.
07 Which treatments are done in Carabanchel?
